Bartok's Roumanian Folk Dances--Wonderful!

I've been working on playing Bartok's Roumanian Folk Dances...this is an absolutely stellar performance by Janine Jansen.

That cool you're learning that piece; the first movement is my fave! I don't know what's more intimidating, though; the false harmonics movement or the ending. ;) I see Joshua Bell is on your list of favourite music; is he your favourite violinist?

Wow! That was good. You'll post a video of yourself once you've finished right? :-) I know you'll do a great job. I just picked up Viola lessons again, so I'll be practicing and someday I'll be as good as you! (yeah right)

@Marian: Yes, those fingered harmonics are SOOOOO hard, I don't know what to do! ;)

@Eldarwen: Thanks and yes, I do!

@Joanna:Will do! How is viola going?

Hi Lucie!
I have been so bad about keeping up with blog reading. We started our school term, and as you can imagine, we have been SWAMPPED!!! I just love folk music. So alive! I have played some on the piano, but never in a concert. Good luck practicing! Oh, and can't wait for the video of you playing these songs!

It would be so cool if I could get the music for the piano and we could play together.
