I've been off this lovely brain-fryer for two weeks...

And this is what I've been doing.

I am part of an orchestra down here in Texas, and it is so much fun! However, it mostly consists of public school students, so there are pluses and minuses. On the plus side is that I can feel more comfortable in my own skin (I know that that makes no sense, but at least I understand what I mean). It is really nice to know that if I make a sour note on my violin, they will laugh at me and most likely forget it 4 minutes later. On the minus is that most of them are very wordly... I have heard some things come out of their mouths that are much less than comfortable, much less proper. All this has made me really, really appreciate the way I've been raised.

Hey Lucy! Good to see you again! So wow, you're in an orchestra? That is sooooooooo cool! Thanks for your comments and about the story blog, I REALLY would love to start one too, but I just don't know if other people would read it, you know? What would you say about doing one with me? We could do it together. Let me know what you think. Bye! :)

It is! I love it and we just finished the concert in which we played Rodrigo's "Concierto De Aranjuez." It was incredibly fun! I think that that has now been inducted into my favorite music collection. :)

Ok then let's do it! I'm not quite sure how we would go about it and all, but I know we could have partners in blogs, right? Well anyways we should probably come up with a name for it. I've been brain storming different ideas. Let me know what you think of them. Here's a few:

For Love of Stories
Windows to the World
Corners of our Hearts
Dream Caster

So let me know what you think and PLEASE send me YOUR ideas for a title.

Hi, Lucie! I've missed your posts. I was wondering where you went! I voted on your Narniai poll. :-) I simply picked all the Pevensies. :-) Peter is my absolute favorite, though.

Hey, Emmy! Ditto!

Can you tell that I'm decked out for Dec 2nd? lol.

ok awesome! sure I can start it from my place. and what I had in mind was that it would be a place for all story tellers to gather and discuss story plots. let me know if you think this is good or not or could be better could be worse, etc. :) so, I'll get it started like you said, and I just really DO NOT know what to title it! Aaaaaaaaa! I LOVE Through The Book Cover, but I also like Windows to the World (a title my friend suggested). I thought of another one the other day, The Story Corner. ARGH! I just do not know what to title it. do you think we should post a poll on each of our blogs? Well, let me know!

yeah that looks great Lucie! I'll do the same with mine. How long do you think we should wait? A week?

Hi Lucie,

No, I actually haven't red Dorian Gray but I will be reading it in a couple months - I'll let you know what I think when I do read it.

I guess I should note here that just because I quote somebody on my blog doesn't necessarily mean that I admire that person or that I endorse what they've written - they happened to say something I like. I haven't read anything by Oscar Wilde, but I like some of his lines.

Sorry...I hadn't finished that comment and accidentally posted it:)
